C34 ACDF.Had bridging osteophytes below that shifted load to C34 level.Good day had by all.

Had laminectomies years ago, now in agony w severe stenosis and degenerate scoliosis and flat back syndrome.Fixed today w L2-iliac instrumentation and fusion w complex 4 level revision laminectomy.Surgical time: 4 hr 15 min.
